Jett Rogers

CEO / MANAGING MEMBER
Jett Rogers has conducted more than 1,000 origin and cause investigations, including residential, industrial, vehicle and wildland fires. He has been the lead investigator on fire scenes to include large structure losses, vehicle losses and commercial/industrial buildings. Jett has conducted and assisted in many live burn testing and product testing.
Jett holds multiple fire and explosion certifications and understands subrogation issues for structure, vehicle and wildland fires. Jett stays current with NFPA 921 & NFPA 1033 and associated literature that drives the science in the industry.
Jett began his career in fire investigations in 2011, completing the Arson program through The Kilgore Fire Academy. Starting as a Fire Technician he learned and refined his skills by learning underneath seasoned senior investigators with more than 40+ years of experience. Earning a certification of Certified Fire Investigator through Texas Commission on Fire Protection (TCFP, IFSAC) Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator and Certified Vehicle Fire Investigator from the National Association of Fire Investigators (NAFI).
In 2017, Jett had the opportunity to change careers and acquired a management position in the Oil and Gas industry. During this time, he helped build and developed and built safety programs and standard operating procedures for more than 100+ employees.
Scott Rogers

Scott Rogers is one of our Master Inspectors and Senior Fire Investigators, with 20 years as a firefighter in the Dallas area, an instructor for the arson curriculum for Texas A&M University, and six (6) years in leadership roles for a national firm. Scott has over twenty-six (26) years of experience in origin and cause investigation of fires and explosions involving dwellings, commercial and industrial buildings and installations, marine fires, motor vehicles, commercial trucks, recreational vehicles, agricultural equipment, oil field installations, and heavy equipment. Scott is highly adept at identifying matters related to potential subrogation. His investigation specialties include, but are not limited to: Residential Structures, Industrial facilities, multi-family apartment complexes, Commercial Properties, Recreational Vehicles (RV), Agricultural Equipment, Heavy Equipment, Marine Craft, Commercial Trucks, Vehicles, and Oil Field Installations.
Scott also has his Fire Inspector Master Certificate, with extensive knowledge of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) codes and standards.
Scott has qualified and testified as an expert witness on multiple occasions for trials and depositions concerning origin and cause opinions in state and federal courts. His skillset includes excellent verbal and written communication; analytical thought; critical thinking; ability to collect and analyze a wide variety of complex data through investigation and research and synthesize the data into a cohesive and comprehensive written report that withstands legal challenges and scrutiny.
